4. Digital Products & Access
Digital downloads and memberships are for individual use only.
You agree not to share, resell, or distribute course materials or login credentials.
Access to programs or community memberships is granted for the duration specified at purchase. Luna Earth Company reserves the right to update or discontinue digital offerings at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products (books and Balance Boxes) are shipped from the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout or communicated by email.
We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or local taxes.
6. Returns & Refunds
Digital products: Due to the instant-access nature of downloads and online programs, all digital sales are final.
Physical products: You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team before returning a product.
Memberships or programs: Refunds are not issued after access has begun, except in cases of verified technical error or duplicate payment.

7. Coaching Disclaimer
Our coaching and group programs are educational and reflective in nature.
They are not therapy and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.
