    A 3-Month Guided Reflective Journey

    The Balance Book Collective brings together a small group of women for six online sessions over three months.

    Using the Balance Book as a guide, we create space to pause, reflect, and explore what matters most in this stage of life.

    Through structured reflective exercises and meaningful conversations, participants gain greater clarity about their priorities, values, relationships, wellbeing, and future direction.

    The Collective is not about fixing yourself or adding more to an already full life. It is an opportunity to step back, learn from others, and make more intentional choices about how you want to live and work.

    Alongside the Balance Book Collective, you have the option to book individual 1:1 reflection sessions.

    These conversations provide dedicated time to explore themes that arise during the Collective and consider how the insights gained can be applied to your personal and professional life.

    Together we can explore questions such as what matters most to me at this stage of life? Which responsibilities energise me, and which deplete me?
